I have bet on countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
